Monday
9:30 AM — Gentle Yoga with Laura
A gentle, supportive class for stretching, mobility, breath, and ease. Perfect for beginners, anyone returning to yoga, or anyone who wants a slower, softer start to the week.
6:30 PM — Yoga Flow with Kim
A grounding evening flow blending breath, movement, strength, and flexibility. This class helps you release the day, reconnect with your body, and move energy in a steady, feel-good way.
Tuesday
6:30 PM — SharQui / Belly Dance Fitness with Jess
A fun, uplifting belly-dance-inspired fitness class blending low-impact cardio, core strength, rhythm, coordination, and feminine expression. No dance experience needed.
7:30 PM — Heart Flow with Jess
A heart-centered evening flow to open the chest, shoulders, and breath while softening tension in the body. A beautiful balance of movement, presence, and emotional reset.
Thursday
6:45 PM — Evening Flow with Kim
A deeper evening yoga flow to stretch, strengthen, and move energy through the body. This class combines breath-led movement, grounding poses, and intuitive flow to help you transition out of the day.
8:00–8:45 PM — Yoga Nidra & Deep Relaxation with Kim
A guided deep relaxation practice designed to calm the nervous system, soften the body, and support deep rest. This is a quiet, restorative class done mostly lying down.

Kim Williams is a seasoned yoga teacher, herbalist, and holistic wellness guide with over 30 years of global experience in the healing arts. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with modern understanding, offering students and clients a grounded, soulful path to restoration.
Rooted in yoga, Reiki, and herbal medicine, Kim’s work is intuitive and deeply intentional. She specializes in Yoga Nidra, foot-focused therapeutic yoga, and Acu-Yoga, and brings a calming presence and nurturing energy into every class and private session.
Through Shanti Life, Kim has created a community sanctuary that invites people to heal, grow, and remember their wholeness — one breath, one practice, one moment at a time.
In addition to classes and workshops, Shanti Life Collective offers restorative wellness treatments designed to support relaxation, circulation, nervous system reset, and deep body care. These sessions can be booked on their own or added to a private wellness experience with Kim.
